PARE offer the freedom for owners to post their properties onto our website. This service is subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions. Each submission will be verified by the company before going live.

The steps to list are very easy, please make sure you fill all sections marked with and that you have good quality photos in jpeg format showing the villa and land as well as internal pictures. If you have any difficulty, our staff will be pleased to assist you.

Once your listing is submitted for inclusion, PARE will forward a standard broker agreement to be filled in and signed by the Owner, outlining the property details, title and address, together with the commission that will be due upon a successful sale/rental agreement.

Once your property is released to the PARE web site, the posting will receive the full service and exposure as any other listing.

The Owner agrees by listing their property on the PARE website to accept and sign a PARE broker agreement contract.

The Owner accepts that PARE has the right to change, alter or delete any element of the website without notice.

The Owner agrees to use the PARE website solely for the purpose of selling/leasing of their own property, and not for any other commercial purposes or legal/illegal business.

The Owner accepts that PARE, staff or agents will not accept any liability for the loss or damage howsoever caused as a result of the Owner's use of the website.
